Paper Submission
Participation steps:
- Feel free to either format and submit your article to (your Email) using our template or fill out the Registration Form. The order in which you complete these tasks doesn’t matter.
Paper Submission on 22nd of November 2023
Once your paper topic is accepted (you will receive an email notification), please proceed with paying the Conference Participation Fee.
Ensure that you add (your email) to your address book to guarantee receipt of our emails. Otherwise, there is a possibility that our emails might be filtered into your spam folder, causing you to potentially overlook them.
Comments on submission:
Please be mindful that your participation signifies agreement, both from you and your co-authors, with the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement of the ISEIC. Additionally, it is necessary to disclose any relevant conflicts of interest in the Registration Form or via a separate email using the ISEIC C.O.I. form (available in editable Word DOCX or PDF format), which should be sent to (your email). If there are no conflicts of interest, you can indicate this by checking the box that states, “No conflict of interests apply for any and all authors of the submitted paper,” in the Registration Form.
All attendees planning to join the event in Prague are required to submit an abstract before their arrival.
We recommend sending us the initial draft of your article for feedback by February or early March. The closer your article aligns with our template, the more flexibility you have in terms of submission timing. If it meets all requirements, you can even submit it during the conference. Rest assured, we will continue to collaborate on refining your article(s) post-conference as we undertake the editing process.
