Registration

Participation rules:

  1. You and your co-authors concur with the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement put forth by PIMT
  2. Please submit the research paper in accordance with our conference’s article template.

  3. Should you find these guidelines agreeable, kindly complete the Registration Form.

  4. Please provide full disclosure of any pertinent conflicts of interest in the Registration Form. If there are no conflicts of interest, please indicate by selecting the option “No conflict of interests apply for any and all authors of the submitted paper” within the Registration Form.

  5. Once your paper is accepted (you will receive an email notifying you of topic acceptance*), please proceed to make the payment for the Conference Participation Fee.

  6. Ensure that you add (Your Email) to your address book to guarantee receipt of our emails, as they might otherwise be directed to your spam folder, potentially causing you to miss important communications.

     

    Following the approval of your topic, we may request revisions to your article in order to align with all publishing prerequisites, including language and formatting specifications. Additionally, updates might be sought based on the feedback received from the article reviews.

     

Important note: Registration consists of three steps:

  1. Fill out the first form.
  2. Make a payment.
  3. After that, the final registration form will become available.”
